Larissa Levels, Boss Balance & Fixes

Seven regular monsters in Larissa now spawn at levels 160–169, six world bosses hit 15% softer, and bosses, elites and guards no longer chase you across the map. The Pindus Dragon is reworked, Holy Stone damage now works everywhere it should, and buff timers, the fashion aura and title buffs are fixed. Pet Care can now trade a well-raised pet for the new Savvy Fruit, and the Pet Manager can merge that fruit into an end-game pet for up to +5.40 on every savvy value. Class Suit IV gets its own rings, and the Battlefield Awarder now shows your Capture the Flag points. The launcher downloads a small client update.

Appearance
  • Exp Oracle Crystal and Exp Oracle Shard now use the yellow Level 3 Crystal iconChanged
New item · Savvy Fruit From Pet Care, used at the Pet Manager · see NPCs & Events
  • Savvy Fruit: a rare, glowing dragon fruit for your pet, with its own new icon. Always boundNew
  • Merge it into your summoned pet at the Pet Manager to raise all 6 initial savvy values, if they already total 5000.00 or more; its description says howNew

Pet Savvy

Several bonuses your pet's Savvy promised were calculated but never used in combat. They work now.

While your pet is merged
  • Physical Advancement (from Wisdom): extra physical damage on every hitFixed
  • Magic Advancement (from Luck): extra magic damage on every hitFixed
  • Decrease Physical and Magic Damage (from Technique): less damage taken from playersFixed
  • Decrease Critical Damage (from Wisdom): less damage taken from critical hitsFixed
Pet skills
  • Solidify I–VI: extra physical damage on every hitFixed
  • Mentality I–VI: extra magic damage on every hitFixed
  • Wind Ward: less physical damage taken from players; it also no longer cancels out Solidify on the same petFixed
  • Your merged pet can no longer be abandoned (doing so left the merge bonuses on with no pet)Fixed
PvP
  • Flat bonus damage now counts against players for skills, area skills, Flame Blast and normal attacks — this includes Holy Stone and equipment bonus damage, which PvP used to ignoreFixed
  • The defender's flat damage reduction (Holy Stones and pet) now counts in those same attacksFixed
  • Area skills cast on a monster now apply enemy players' Holy Stone damage reduction % tooFixed
  • A critical hit never deals less than the same hit would without the crit, however much crit reduction the target hasFixed

Buffs, Aura & Titles

Buff timers on the buff bar now match what the server counts, and title buffs no longer depend on which title you wear.

Buff timers
  • Every buff or debuff you gained or lost took one extra second off all your other buffs, so timers ran out early in fightsFixed
  • Buff timers drifted slowly and never caught up after lag; they now count real timeFixed
  • A new buff of the same type could show the old buff's icon with the new buff's timer; the new buff now replaces the old oneFixed
  • Debuffs no longer cut short a buff that shares their slot: bleeds and Devil's, Angel's and Zeus' MP Potions, HP Drain and Apollo's Shield, Corroded Armor and Pet EXP potionsFixed
Fashion aura
  • The aura could turn on or off by itself after hiding and showing your fashionFixed
  • Female characters' aura worked the opposite way to male characters'Fixed
  • Your aura is on when you log in, for every characterChanged
  • Showing your fashion again turns the aura off, as the client expects — tick Aura again to turn it back onNote
Titles
  • Donator and COH title buffs now come from the titles you own, not the one you are wearingChanged
  • If you own several titles from the same group, the strongest one's buff appliesNew
  • Changing or concealing your title no longer removes those buffsFixed

Equip and unequip titles freely

Use Change to wear any title you own and Conceal to hide it. Neither one touches your Donator or COH buff any more, so you can show whichever title you like without losing stats.

NPCs & Events

  • Daily exchanges raised from 50 to 100 (each uses one Medal of Glory and one Level 3 Crystal)50 → 100

Pet Manager · Merge Savvy Fruit Merging Pets → *Merge Savvy Fruit
  • New window, laid out like Merging Pets: your summoned pet is the major pet and a Savvy Fruit takes the place of the deputy petNew
  • Each merge uses one Savvy Fruit and adds a random +0.01 to +5.40 to every one of your pet's 6 initial savvy valuesUp to +5.40
  • Add up to 5 Merge Spirits with − and +: each one lifts the lowest possible roll by 0.54 (1 spirit: +0.54 to +5.40; 5 spirits: +2.70 to +5.40)Optional
  • Your pet's rank does not change, and no pet is sacrificedNote
  • Only for pets whose 6 initial savvy values already total 5000.00 or more (the total the Pet Manager shows under Reset Pet's Points)Required
  • The pet must be summoned and level 30 or above, and you must stand next to a Pet ManagerRequired
  • Nothing is dragged in: the window uses your summoned pet and the fruit and spirits in your bag, and shows the gains after each mergeNote
